How do we produce?

FRESH MEAT

Feeding Method:
We use meat from cattle and sheep that are naturally fed on pasture.
Defined in Europe as NATURAL FEEDING / NATURAL MEAT, this hormone-free meat is far more valuable compared to hormone-treated meat.

Slaughter Method:
We perform shock-free Halal slaughter according to Islamic rules. A company representative is present during every slaughter. (For more details on Halal slaughter, see the FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS section).

Packaging Method:
In line with our transparent production approach, we offer the meat in labeled vacuum packaging. The fresh meat label includes:

  • Slaughter, packaging, and sell-by dates

  • Animal type

  • Slaughterhouse name, license number, and Halal certificate

  • Meat weight and name in 3 languages

Production Location:
We produce in LATVIA, where natural feeding (80%) and Halal slaughter have been legally protected since 1903.


MEAT PRODUCTS

Canned Kavurma:
Produced in a contracted cannery using our meat. Every step of production is open to our supervision.
Production Location: Latvia

Sucuk:
We supply fresh meat and fat to a contracted sucuk factory. The spices come from Turkey. Every step of production is open to our supervision.
Production Location: Belgium

Sausage:
Produced in a contracted sausage factory using our meat. Every step of production is open to our supervision.
Production Location: Germany
