About Nimet Sucuk:

NOTE: Our products do not contain E250-E251 Sodium Nitrite or Sodium Nitrate.

We offer our Nimet Sucuk, produced with NİMET ET, to our customers in Germany and across Europe in accordance with EU Standards and as Halal Food.

Our sucuk is produced using the Kayseri method of fermentation, and no harmful chemicals are used in the process.

*Dry sucuk can be sliced like pastrami and eaten directly.

Feeding Method: The meat used in Nimet Sucuk comes from calves that graze on pasture and are naturally fed. In Europe, such meat is referred to as NATURAL FEEDING / NATURAL MEAT and is considered much more valuable than meat from animals fed with artificial feed.

Ingredients: Beef, salt, red pepper powder, garlic, various spice blends, GDL (Glucono-Delta-Lactone E575*), dextrose, table salt, antioxidant E300**, Naturel 50F Powder***

*Plant-based. Used to regulate the pH value of the sucuk.
**Plant-based. Used as an acid regulator in the product.
