Feeding method: The meat used in Nimet Kavurma comes from cattle that are naturally fed on pastures. We produce our Kavurmas exclusively from 100% beef.

Slaughter method: The slaughter is carried out according to Islamic methods with shock-free halal slaughter. A company representative is present at the entire slaughter process.
