Naturally raised on a pasture farm. A shock-free halal slaughter (hand slaughter) is performed at 2 or 4 months of age. Chickens are sold frozen, either whole or cut into parts. The meat of a natural chicken is not white… its skin is yellow, the breast meat is pink, and the leg meat is light red. It weighs an average of 700-750 g.
